Creating an account

In order to browse our trade catalogue at Gem Journey Jewellery you will need to create an account with. By default your email address that you give us will be used as your username.

• To create an account you can click on the "create an account". You must enter your personal details on the following page under "Billing Information" page. Mandatory information is indicated by an asterisk, and you must agree to the terms of service. When you have completed the form click the "Send Registration" button at the bottom of the page. An email will be sent to the email address which you supplied, suppying you with the username and password which you can use to log in and shop at our site, and welcoming you to Gem Journey Jewellery. Your password can be changed in your details.

"I have forgotten my password, what do I do?"

• Click on the lost password? link below the login button on the left of the site. Enter your username and email address and click "Send Password". A new password will be emailed to you. Don't forget to then edit your account with a new password that you can remember.

"Can I purchase items from Gem Journey Jewellery without creating an account?"

• No. Not on the website - but you can call us and place an order with us over the phone. To make sure we know what you want just make a note of the product numbers on the website.

"Can I purchase items from Gem Journey Jewellery if I don't have an email address?"

• You can place an order with us by phone as above, but unfortunately for various reasons we require a verified email address for you to shop online with us.

"I am a wholesaler/retailer, can I shop at Gem Jewellery online at trade?"

• Yes you can. Once you have created your account simply send us an email using the contact form, requesting your account be upgraded to a trade account. We will then send you our our terms and conditions for traders and some more details which we will need from you regarding your business. When this is complete we will upgrade you and you will be able to shop online at our trade rates.

Navigating the site

• Products can be viewed in a number of ways on Gem Jewellery. The easiest way is to use the Jewellery Browser at the left of every page to display the category which you are interested in. Simply hover over the link for a category (e.g. "Stones") and you will be shown the sub-items in that category. At any point you can click one of the links - this will filter your current view of items by the chosen criteria, e.g. Gemstone, Zodiac Sign or Type (rings, pendants etc).
• To assist you with your navigation there is a dynamic breadcrumb trail link at the very top of every page, just below the company logo, which you can use to take yourself up a level or two if you become lost.
